Justina Impulevičienė obtained her Master's degree in Quality Management from Vilnius University. Throughout her studies, she collaborated on numerous research articles that focused on quality and work-life balance, which were published in international scientific journals. Justina's main area of interest is process development and improvement, as well as business management. She currently holds the position of Sr. Supplier Quality Engineer at Thermo Fisher Scientific, where she is able to expand her knowledge of quality across various manufacturing areas and all aspects of the process.
