Dr. Ogawa is a researcher of graduate school of business administration at Kobe University, japan. She works in the areas of clinical psychology and organizational psychology. Her main area of interest is clinical counselling and career support for Japanese athletes in retirement transition. She holds a Ph.D. in business administration and a master’s degree in clinical psychology. Her research includes the psychological development of athletes and their transition into the workforce.
