I obtained my PhD in TEFL in 2010. I am a professor at the Faculty of Education, Beni Suef University, Egypt. I worked as a head of curriculum department at the same faculty in 2020 and a vice dean for students’ affairs from 2020 to 2023. I am the head of curriculum department now. I am also a Deputy Editor-in-Chief of the International Journal of Human Sciences at Beni Suef University. I am one of the editorial board at the European Scientific Journal. I attended many local and international conferences. The most recent one is the world conference on language learning and presented a paper entitled “Blended learning as an Alternative method at the age of COVID 19 in Egyptian Higher Education (A case study)”. I am a member of jury members at the high supreme of Egyptian universities for promoting associate professors and full professors. I am also a member of the editorial board in many Egyptian journals. My interests are researching and reading in topics of TEFL, applied linguistics and using technology in teaching English, artificial intelligence and its applications
