Patrick Furu (PhD) is an affiliated researcher at the Hanken School of Economics and adjunct faculty at the Hult International Business School. In addition, he is a Partner at TalentMiles. He has previously been Chief Operating Officer at the Hanken & SSE Executive Education, and Professor and the Director of MBA at the Hanken School of Economics, as well as a visiting researcher and lecturer at Copenhagen Business School and Uppsala University. Patrick’s research has centered on knowledge creation and sharing in multinational companies, the role of the board of directors in medium-sized companies, and leadership models and processes in improvising jazz bands as well as classical music ensembles.
