Jörg Reckhenrich is an artist, an adjunct business professor, a systemic consultant and a coach. He combines his passion for art with insights from positive psychology. His main question is how we can foster collaborative - creative work situations in companies. He is the co-author of The fine art of success (Wiley, 2011). Jörg teaches at numerous business schools, such as European School of Management and Technology, London Business School, CEIBS, and Antwerp Management School. He is a member of the advisory board of the HR EMBA Program at the Quadriga University Berlin and a member of the Responsible Leaders Network of the BMW Foundation. Over the past twenty years Jörg has worked with a range of Fortune 500 firms across different industries, including professional services, pharmaceuticals, telecoms, FMCG, financial services, media, technology and industrial goods.
